Postage & Delivery

Viculii deliveries times varies from 24hr to up to 5 working days and is made by different couriers.

We usually dispatch same or next working day of receiving cleared payment unless item is on pre-order or made to order.

We do work with the following couriers:

APC, DHL, Royal Mail 1st Class Sign For – 1-2 working day – UK Mainland

APC, DHL, Royal Mail: 1-5 working day

Evri: 2 to 7 working days

Palletline-Whitehead Logistics for palletised goods: Next Day Service or 48hr Delivery Service

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We make every effort to adhere to the specified delivery times.

If you are not around, the carrier will try your neighbours, or (if a signature is not required) will try to find a safe, dry place to leave your parcel.

Alternatively, they’ll leave a calling card or send text/email message with the details on how to re-arrange delivery or depending on the courier a re-delivery attempt may be made without contact.

Nonetheless, it is important to note that, on rare occasions, external factors beyond our control may impact delivery times, and as such, we are unable to provide an absolute 100% guarantee.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting parcels and their contents within 2 working days of receiving the goods. Any visible damage to the box report to the delivery driver upon delivery. Any irregularities, missing parts, damages, or faults must be reported to us within this timeframe, accompanied by attached photographs. We are here to assist you promptly.
