The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into force when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of confusion, receipt of and order via our website does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Prices and Payments
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all prices and specifications details are correct. In the event that the information provided is incorrect we reserve the right to amend these details. All of the prices detailed on our site are in pound sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable.
All transactions are carried out in pound sterling and if you are paying with another currency your card issuer may apply a levy for currency conversion. If your order has been paid prior to any incorrect information being corrected you will be contacted and will be given the option of how you wish to proceed with your order.
We accept payment through PayPal, Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Amazon Pay or Klarna. Payment will be authorised from your chosen payment method upon your order being processed. If payment of your order is not authorised by the card issuer we will contact you to confirm this and may offer the option for you to arrange an alternative method of payment.

All cots & cot beds have screws visible. They are not covered or concealed.
Please note, some natural materials such as wood, leather, silk, linen or marble, may have natural imperfections which affect the look or feel of the item. You won’t be able to claim the goods are faulty just because of the appearance or finish.
For reasons beyond of our control the products made of textile, wood or wicker from different production batches may be slightly different from each other and from the presented images.
Photos submitted in electronic format on monitors, computers etc. might have different colours depending on the individual settings for each user. Photos should be used as a quide only.
The images provided are intended for reference purposes only.
Our cots meet BS EN 716-1: & 2:2017+AC:2019 safety standard. Our mattress meet BS EN 16890:2017 + A1:2021 safety standard.
Please note, that BS EN 716 is a standard for children’s cots intended for domestic use. For use in a hotel, B&B, nursery, childcare or similar settings, the user should carry out their own risk assessment to ensure the product is suitable for their specific environment and level of use.

We collect personal information to allow us to process and fulfil your orders. All the traffic to and from our website is encrypted.
Email addresses and telephone numbers collected allow us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order or to respond to any questions you have raised with us with regards to your order. Your information may also be provided to our third party service providers with your consent. Such as courier companies that we use to deliver your goods to you or manufacturers when there is a need for a product to be dispatched directly to you from them.
We reserve the right to respond to any social media posts or comments you make where there are made direct to us or that have been posted publicly. Should we wish to send you updates in respect of any services or facilities then we will seek your consent; you will always have the opportunity to quickly and easily unsubscribe in respect of any mailings. We do not operate a newsletter service at this time.
We do not store credit card details.
We do not transmit any of our client’s data outside of the EEA.
We only use professional office software programs for which we have licenses. We use up to date commercial grade anti-virus software on our systems and these are automatically updated to maintain the safety of our electronic systems. All computers and devices are password protected. We print out the minimum required for paper files – and what files exist are kept in a locked office at all times.
We store our customer’s data for the minimum regulatory requirement period of time. The data will be erased, burnt, deleted thereafter.
Subject Access Requests: Should you wish to exercise your right to submit a Subject Access Request under GDPR/UK Data Protection Bill/Act then you must submit you request to us together with a copy of your photo ID (passport/driving license) – by email at info@viculii.co.uk We will check our systems for the requested information and a response will be made available to you within 28 calendar days.
