Sometimes, while you’re busy packing orders, answering customer questions, checking stock deliveries and helping parents choose the right cot, you don’t stop to look back at how far you’ve come.
That’s why we are incredibly proud to share that Viculii (vee-koo-lee) has been named Consumer Products StartUp of the Year – London 2026 at the UK StartUp Awards.
For us, this award is about much more than a trophy.
When we started Viculii (vee-koo-lee), our goal was simple: to create practical, space-saving nursery furniture that helps families make the most of their homes without compromising on safety, quality or style.
As a small, founder-led business, every product decision matters. Every customer message matters. Every review matters. We have always believed that nursery furniture should work for real family life, whether that means a compact cot for a smaller nursery, a foldable cot for visiting grandparents, or a comfortable mattress designed to support little ones as they grow.
Over the past few years, we have been fortunate to see our products welcomed into family homes across the UK. One of our cots, a space-saving cot Waffi was recognised with the First Time Mums Choice Award 2025, and our foldable cots Orrin are now used by leading hotels to help travelling families feel more at home.
Being recognised by the UK StartUp Awards is another milestone on that journey, and one that we are incredibly grateful for.
What makes this achievement especially meaningful is that it reflects the trust our customers place in us every day.
